Sue VosSue’s thirty-eight year banking career began in 1972 with Citizens State Bank in Green Isle. In her 18 years with Citizens State Bank, Sue held roles as bookkeeper, teller, and loan processor. After a five year period working for Ridgeview Medical Center, Sue was asked to assist in the startup of Prairie National Bank in Belle Plaine, which continued to her leading a branch expansion to Green Isle. In 2002, Prairie National Bank was purchased by CornerStone State Bank and Sue was promoted to President of the Green Isle branch.

Sue continues to be active in her community as a member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer for the CCW Ladies group at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church, Treasurer for the Sibley County Chapter of the Salvation Army, Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors for the Sibley County Food Share, and Treasurer and member of the Green Isle Lions Club. She also volunteers for FOCUS MN, the Sibley County Santa’s Helpers Program, and the Sibley County Community Coat Drive.

Sue and her husband Mike live in Green Isle and have three married sons and four grandchildren. In 2014 Sue and Mike were recipients of WCCO’s Good Neighbor Award. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, reading, and doing book-work for small businesses including her sons’ business Vos Construction.
